Bayesian Estimation and Interval Estimation in an   Queue

A consistent estimator and a Bayes estimator of traffic intensity in an  queueing model based on the number of customers present at several sampled time points are obtained. Further, consistent asymptotically normal (CAN) estimator and asymptotic confidence limits for the average number of customers in the system are obtained.
